Summer Day Retreat with Raj
Join us for a Summer Day Retreat with Raj Shtrom. Raj will begin the day with a morning vinyasa flow, followed by brunch and Satsanga with Mokshapriya. In the afternoon, Raj will continue with a slow flow workshop focusing on hips and shoulders. We will end the day with an early supper and meditation.
Raj was born and raised in India where yoga and philosophy were part of her upbringing. With over 30 years of experience in various styles, she encourages everyone to open up to the possibility of change and helps her students to break fears and barriers to take their practice to the next level.
Social distancing still in effect, please bring your own mat and bolster.
