Morning Aarti prepares the mind and spirit for the day and Evening Aarti prepares the body and mind for rest.

Shiva Puja Monday 6:00 a.m.

Satyanarayan Puja (Full Moon) 7:00 p.m.

Sunshine Lectures

Sunshine Lectures have enlightened and enrich all who have attended. It is every Sunday at 12 noon
Mataji started this tradition at our Bombay Ashram in 1970 and in our Florida Ashram we started in 1979.
