The energy giver is the soul.  Without the soul the body will not survive.  Meditation is an effort to come close to the soul.   Soul gives energy to the senses.   It is a giver not a receiver.   Senses receive from the soul. 

Yoga is essentially a spiritual approach concerned with the fundamental mental aspect of every human life. The word Yoga is of great significance.

The whole of humanity is like a beautiful carpet. Many languages, many cultures, many religions are being woven together. All people are being brought together.

Are we here just to eat, drink, sleep, marry and have children?

On the spiritual plane, we are born to enrich our consciousness.

Everybody must learn how to earn his bread and also something more. The spiritual conception says that the greatest wealth is the five elements of nature.

Mind is always compared with water because the nature of water and the nature of the mind are similar. Why do you find ripples in the water? The slightest breeze can create ripples. In the same way the mind is always generating some kind of ripples or waves.

These are the first lines of Ishavasya Upanisad, which is a part of Yajur Veda. The Vedas, which are some of man’s earliest writings have been dated to about 5000 years ago. These lines have a very beautiful meaning, which has a great message for modern-day man.

Life’s goals should be based on the Vedic Wisdom, which I adopted in my childhood:

Satyam Vad : Dharmam Char.
